Ingredients
1 tortilla1.5 cups mixed vegies cal carrote broccoli ( you can use any vegies squash , mushrooms onions etc.)1 tbs olive oil 1 glove garlic chopped or smashed1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp italian seasoning 3 ozes monzerella cheese (about aa 1/4 cup)dash of salt
Directions
put olive oil n micrwaveable bowl, add chopped garlic microwave about 1 min. Place tortila on baking sheet spread with olive oil/garlic, sprinkle on garlic powder and italian seasonings. Cook vegies on stove until lightly cooked pile on shell, add cheese and bake till cheese melts on about 375 app. 3-5 mins
