Homemade Granola Cereal

Ingredients
4 c rolled oats1/4 c nonfat dry milk3/4 c wheat germ3/4 c milled flax seed1/2 c canola oil3/4 c agave or honey1/4 c dried craisins (or other dried fruit)1 c chopped, toasted nuts (walnuts or pecans)*may also add 1/4 c sunflower seeds or other dried fruits.
Directions
toast nuts; mix all ingredients except agave & canola oil in large bowl. Heat oil & agave or honey on med-low heat to heat through - don't boil, just about 5-7 mins. pour oil/agave mixture over oat mixture & stir until thoroughly coated. store in airtight container.
