Easy Yummy Popovers

3 Tbs of unsalted butter divided in half1 cup flour1 cup 2% milk2 eggsdash of salt1/2 tsp sugar
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Melt butter and divide in half
grease 6 cup giant non-stick muffin tin with half the butter or use roast beef drippings.
put 1.5 tabs of melted butter in a blender along with 2 eggs and blend until pale yellow. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend into a thin lump free batte. Pour into muffin tin cups equally divided.
Bake for 35 minutes or until risen and beautifully browned.
Enjoy one without any additional butter. If you skip dessert you can have another!
