Potatoes with Dill Weed and Curry Mayo

2 potatoes, peeled, and chopped into wedges2 TBSP Kraft fat free Italian salad dressingDill weed, to taste2 TBSP Fat Free mayonnaise1 TBSP curry powder1/2 tsp honey
Peel potatoes and put them in a saucepan full of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and boil until potatoes are just soft.
Add Italian Salad dressing to frying pan and add potatoes. Saute on medium heat, stirring frequently, until slightly browned.
Meanwhile, mix together mayonnaise, curry powder and honey.
Place cooked potatoes on a plate and sprinkle on dill weed. Dip potatoes in curry mayonnaise and enjoy!
