Mean Green Smoothie (Kale Base)

Ingredients
1.5 Cups Rice Milk1.5 Cups Raw Kale1 Large Carrot1 Banana1/2 Orange1/2 Pear1/4 Cup Cranberries2 Scoops Hammer Perpetuem (can be omitted)
Directions
Add Rice Milk and Kale to blender and blend until smooth. This will get the kale more finely blended and leave out the bitter chunks that can otherwise occur. Next, add the carrot, banana, orange, pear, cranberries and Hammer Perpetuem and blend until smoothie reaches desired consistency.

Serving Size: Makes one large smoothie (16-20oz glass)
