2 tablespoons cup peanut butter, naturall chunky1/4 cup coconut milk, unsweetened1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen2tablespoons ground flax seed1/4 cup applesauce, natural unsweetened
Directions
combine ingredients on stove and warm through till the look and texture of oatmeal is achieved. About 5 minutes on medium heat.
