Ingredients
2.5 cups rolled oats1 cup plain greek yogurt3/4 cup sugar substitute1.5 tsp baking powder.5 tsp baking soda2 ripe bananas1/8 cup flax seeds (optional)
Directions
Heat oven to 400F

use non-stick spray, or muffin liners

Place all ingredients except oats in a food processor (or blender if need be) and mix.

Add oats a little at a time to mix.

Pour into muffin liners

cook for 15-18mins
