4 Quorn Naked cutlets (frozen section with the meat substitutes)2 tsp arrowroot powder2 tsp cold water1/3 cup truvia natural sweetener1/3 cup lite/reduced sodium soy sauce3 tbsp apple cider vinegar1 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp ground ginger1/8 tsp black pepper
**calories get "trapped" in the sauce that remains in the pan and does not coat the chik'n and so calorie count has been adjusted to reflect the amount of calories not including EXTRA sauce.
THREE SIMPLE STEPS TO A DELICIOUS MEAL:
1. Whisk all ingredients (starting with arrowroot and water) except for chik'n in a bowl.
2. Over medium heat, cook chik'n cutlets for approx 8 minutes or until browned.
3. Pour sauce over chik'n and allow to thicken (2-4 minutes usually).
