Easy Vegan Black Bean Burrito

Black BeansDaiya Cheddar ShredsAvocadoSalad MixSoft Taco shellMedium Salsa
Directions
Put the the taco shell on a plate, add your black beans and Daiya. Microwave for a minute and a half. (that's pressing the add 30 seconds button three times) Add Salsa(add to your liking) Add lettuce and avocado. I usually just spoon chunks of avocado onto the plate. Eat with a fork until you can roll the burrito, roll the burrito then eat.
