Ingredients
**** “dough” ****1 cup shredded cheese ( tex mex)1/2 cup of almond flour**** Meat mixture ****1 chicken breast1/4 cup shredded cheese ( tex mex)1/2 cup frank's red hot buffalo sauce
Directions

Melt cheese for 30 seconds in microwave bowl stir and melt for 30 more seconds. Add the almond and mix with a fork. After it cools down a bit and it is safe for you to touch it form into a ball. Flatten out on a parchment paper

****I then cooked this in the oven for 5 minutes but when I went to make the calzone it was a bit too hard so I suggest not doing this.

**** Chicken ****

Cook 1 chicken breast in the pan seasoned the way you want.

Cut up in small pieces and return to the pan. Add as much Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo sauce as you would like I just eyeballed it. Add a handful of shredded cheese and mix well.

Spoon the mixture onto the dough and wrap it up, place seam down on parchment paper and return to 350 oven for 5 minutes.
