Herb Crusted Chicken with Cream Sauce

Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts, (6 oz each) pounded thin.25 cup milk fat free.5 cup panko bread crumbs1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp italian seasoning1 t dried chives3 Tbs butter3 cloves garlic, minced.5 cup chicken broth1 roma tomato, seeded and chopped1 cup heavy cream.5 cup grated parmesean cheese2 Tbs fresh basil minced.25 ground pepper
Directions
Melt butter in large saute pan over medium heat. Mix panko, garlic powder, italian seasoning, and chives. Dredge chicken breast in milk then bread crumbs. Saute in butter for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm. Add garlic to same pan and saute for 1 minute. Add broth. Bring to a boil, scraping brown bits from bottom of pan. Reduce to half. Add cream and tomato. Boil 1 minute. Turn down heat and add remaining ingredients. Cook for another 3 minutes. To serve, pour sauce over chicken.
