Crock Pot Swiss Steak

Ingredients
1 lb.Beef, round steak3 pints Grandma's Home Made Chili Sauce
Directions
Cut swiss steak on an angle into serving size pieces; dust with flour
Place sauce into crock pot and heat on high.
Spray PAM into pan and sear/brown pieces of meat.
Place meat into crock pot. Keep on high about 30 min, then turn to medium temp.

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes, taking ONLY 2 oz of sauce per serving. discard remainder of sauce.
