Tofu Breakfast Burrito

Olive Oil, 1 tbsp garlic 1tbsp Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices Tofu, extra firm, 0.50 block crumbled Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Cumin powder 1 tbsp Chili powder, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp *Whole Wheat Tortilla, 4 serving Salsa, .25 cup
Take block of tofu and slice it. Take about 4 slices (1/2 block) and place on paper towel and remove as much water as possible. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil. When onions are soft add mushrooms and crumbled tofu. Add Cilantro, cumin powder, chili powder and salt. Saute 5 minutes. Divide up over 4 whole wheat tortillas and top with salsa.
