Apple Cinnamon Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients
2 c. steel cut oats8 c. skim milk1 c. brown sugar5 medium apples, skinned and cored (chopped into 1/2 inch cubes)1 Tbsp cinnamon1 Tbsp vanilla extractcooking spray
Directions
Liberally spray your crockpot with cooking spray. Core and skin the apples, then cut them into cubes (about 1/2 inch). Put all ingredients into large crock pot and stir. Set the crock pot to low. Put the lid on and do not take off for 7 hours. store in an air tight container. Enjoy!
