Vegan Tofu Taco Filling

Ingredients
corn [reduced sodium, 1 can]black beans [reduced sodium, drained, 1 can]firm tofu [drained, 1 package]salsa of choice [2 cups]spices of choice
Directions
lightly brown tofu.
spray crockpot with nonstick spray.
drain/rinse corn, beans. add to crockpot.
add salsa.
add spices of choice [cumin, pepper, etc.]
add tofu.
cook on low 6-8 hours
