3 cups water1.5 cups Quinoa.25 cups raisins.25 cups blanched slivered almonds2 green onions2 tablespoons lemon juice1 tablespoon olive oil2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powderdash cayanne powderadditionl salt and pepper to taste
Bring water salt and pepper to a boil. Add quinoa and raisins to boiling water and cook until all water absorbs. while quinoa is cooking mix the remaining ingredients and set aside. When the quinoa is cooked add it to the lemon juice mixture and combine thoroughly. Refridgerate until thoroughly chilled.
