Slow Cooker Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
5 cans Black beans1 can Rotel tomatoes32 oz box of Organic Vegetable broth2 onions diced4 stalks celery diced2 cups bell pepper diced3 cloves garlic minced or grated2 tbsp Extra version Olive Oil3 tbsp cumin1 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions
Saute the vegetables in 2 tbsp olive oil until translucent. Add to crock pot or dutch oven. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook on high in crock pot for 4 hours, or simmer on low in dutch oven for 4 hours to blend flavors
