Roasted Garbanzo Beans

Ingredients
One 15 oz can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed and patted dry1T Olive Oil1/2 tsp kosher salt2 tsp curry powder
Directions
Mix Olive Oil, salt, and curry powder in bowl. Coat beans in mixture. Spread out on cookie sheet in single layer.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
