homemade wheat hamburger buns

Ingredients
2.5 cups whole wheat flour1.5 cups white flour1 TBS yeast1 ts salt1/3 cup butter1/3 cup sugar1 cup milk2 eggs
Directions
heat, on low, milk, butter, sugar, and salt til about 105-110 degrees. Meanwhile mix 2 cups of wheat flour with the yeast. Once the milk mixture is warm and butter almost melted, add to flour mixture, add eggs. Mix well for at least 30 seconds. Add remaining flour in half cup measures until dough is pulling away from the sides of the bowl. Dump onto the counter and set your timer for 12 min. Knead in as much of the flour as you can in very small increments until dough is no longer so sticky. Let rise, covered for 25 minutes. Punch down Cut into 16 equal pieces and shape into a ball pulling the top edges underneath making the top smooth. Let rise then bake 350 for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with a towel.
