Betty Crocker Gluten Free Golden Cupcakes with Banana

Ingredients
Use Betty Crocker Gluten Free Golden Cake Mixadd 2/3c water1 motts unsweetened applesauce cup2 tsp vanilla 11 tbsp egg white substitute
Directions
Add all ingredients (except banana) and beat with mixer on low for 30 seconds and then high for 2 minutes. Then cut the banana into chunks and add into batter. Bake at 350 for 23 minutes (I also used paper cups when baking).
