Best Ever Bacon-Wrapped meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef or meatloaf mix1 cup chopped onion2-3 cloves of garlic minced or pushed thru press2 tbsp olive oil2 large eggs2 tsp dijon mustard2 tsp worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp hot sauce or tabasco1 tsp dried thyme1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 cup plain greek yogurt or milk1.3 cups panko bread crumbs1/3 cup chopped parsley8 oz bacon
Directions
Sautee the chopped onions and garlic for 5 mins until tender, then remove from heat to cool while you prep the rest of the meatloaf.
Combine the eggs, thyme, mustard, salt, pepper, worcestorshire, hot sauce and yogurt in bowl and mix to combine. Add the wet ingredients to the meat along with bread crumbs, onions and garlic and parsley and mix until just combined.
Free form into loaf on pan and squirt ketchup all over it. Wrap in slices of bacon and put into a 350 degree oven until thermometer reads !60 degrees (about an hour) and bacon is cooked. Let cool 20 mins before slicing.
