Chocolate cupcakes with yellow cake mix (no diet cola)

Ingredients
1 box betty crocker super moist yellow cake mix6 egg whites 1 cup motts natural applesauce1/2 cup water5 Tb unsweetened cocoa powder
Beat egg whites to stiff peaks add cake mix, cocoa powder, applesauce and water. Beat for 2 minutes. Divide between 2 cupcake tins lined with cupcake wrapers. I use a ice cream scooper and 1 perfectly lined scoop will fill 24. Bake on 325 for dark metal or nonstick pans or 350 for glass or shinny metal. bake for 15-20 minutes.
