Potato & Turkey Bacon Soup, Crock Pot

Ingredients
3 lbs potatos, cubed3 cups water2 cups Chicken Broth1 medium onion, chopped16 slices turkey bacon, cooked & chopped1.5 cups sour cream, light1 cup 2% milk1 cup shredded cheese, light
Directions
Put all non-dairy ingredients in crock pot on high for 3-4 hours. Add milk & sour cream last 15 minutes of cooking. Garnish with cheese.
