Ingredients
I can Campbell's French Onion Soup1 can Campbell's Beef BrothI bottle Michelob Ultra Lime and Cactus Beer2-3 lbs Beef Chuck RoastIf you can find reduced fat or reduced sodium version Campbell's soups I would recommend using them as it will cut down on the sodium and fat of the recipe
Directions
Throw all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on high 6-7 hours. Take meat out and get rid of any fatty pieces. Take out a half cup of the juice and set aside. Shred meat and put back in mixture. Cook on low another 1-2 hours. Add a few tablespoons of flour or corn starch to the, now cooled, juice you reserved. Turn off slow cooker and add the reserved juice to thicken up the meat. Mixture should thicken.
