Basic Pot Pie Dough

Ingredients
1/3 cup plus 2 tsp. all purpose flourDash Salt1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp unsalted butter2 Tbsp plain nonfat greek yogurt
Directions
In mixing bowl combine flour and salt; with pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles course crumbs. Add yogurt and mix thoroughly.

Form dough into 2 equal balls; cover each with plastic wrap and chill 30-40 minutes (may be kept in fridge for 3-4 days); or wrap and freeze until ready to use.
