Homemade Tofu-Broccoli crustless quiche

Ingredients
Cheese flavored egg substitute, one cartonHalf block of firm tofuHalf cup frozen broccoli or favorite veggieScant half cup shredded 2% cheese
Directions
Chop tofu into bite size pieces and mix everything but the shredded cheese together, pour into Pam-ed pie pan. Cook for 30 minutes on 350F, sprinkle cheese on top and cook an additional 20 minutes. Makes 4 HUGE servings!

    My family loved this recipe. I added an extra cup of
    broccolli and 1/2 cup of fat free cheddar cheese. I
    couldn't find egg substitute with chees, so I improvished with the fat free cheddar and it tasted great.
