Coconut Flax Nutty Oat Energy Bites

Ingredients
-1 Cup of dates-1 Cup of oats-1/2 cup of dried shredded unsweetened coconut-1/4 cup of ground flax seed-2 Tbsp of cocoa-2 Tbsp of honey-3 Tbsp of nut butter (almond, macadamia, peanut etc)-1-2 pkg of stevia-6 Tbsp of walnuts, almond, cashews
Directions
- Blend dates, flax, honey, cocoa powder, stevia and nut butter until it's a smooth paste
-Add oats and coconut and blend, add a drop of water if to dry
-Add all nuts and pulse until incorporated
-Form into 24 balls, you can freeze
