Easy Baked Pasta

Ingredients
1 lb rigatoni15 oz ricotta cheese2 cloves garlilc1/2 cup parmesan cheese2 cups shredded mozarella cheese1 jar marinara sauce
Directions
1. Cook rigatoni according to package directions. Drain when pasta still has some bite to it - 2 minutes before end of cooking time. Reserve a little water.
2. Mix together ricotta cheese, garlic, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
3. Season with salt and pepper
4. Add ricotta cheese mixture and half tomato sauce to the pot.
5. Mix until pasta is coated. Add pasta water if too thick.
6. Spread pasta evenly in 9x13 casserole dish.
7. Spread rest of tomato sauce over the top.
8. Add mozzarella cheese and remaining parmesan to top.
9. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
10. Let sit for 10 minutes.
