3 garlic cloves, chopped1bay leaf2tbs paprika800g lean beef (ideally flank)2red peppers cut into bite size pieces400g can chopped tomatoes3 onions (chopped)1 carrot (grated)2 cubes of beef stock (melt in 200ml of boiling water) flora cuisine
brown onions in a large non-stick pan using fry light or flora cuisine, add carrot, garlic and bay leaf and stir for a min or 2. Add paprika, beef and peppers and stir fry untill beef is nicely browned. Add tomatoes, stock and bring to the boil. Season, cover tightly, reduce heat to low and cook for 2hrs. Serve with very low fat yogurt and veg, enjoy:)
