Monki - Cucumber, Tomato, Cilantro salad

Ingredients
4 Fresh tomatoes - chopped3 Large Cucumbers - Peeled and pared1 Bunch of cilantro - finely chopped2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Light Olive Oil1/2 Cup feta cheeseSalt to taste
Directions
1.Chop tomatoes, peeled cucumbers and cilantro
2. In medium bowl combine chopped tomatoes, cucumber and cilantro.
3. Add vinegar and olive oil
4. Toss to coat.
5. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese.
6.Season with salt and serve.
