Salmon salad stuffed mini peppers

Ingredients
One small container Oikos greek yogurt (plain)One 7.5oz can sockeye salmontwo cloves garlic, pressedtwo tablespoons chopped scallionstwenty mini bell peppers, tops chopped off and insides rinsed of seeds
Directions
Mix all ingredients except for peppers. Fill capped and cleaned out peppers with mixture and enjoy!
