Chicken & Spinach Casserole

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast1 box frozen spinach (thawed)1/2 cup fat free yogurt1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise1/2 cup low fat shredded mozzarella cheese1/2 cup parmesan cheese1 medium size zucchinigarlic pepper (optional)garlic powder (optional)
Cut up chicken into small bite size pieces and saute with garlic pepper or preferred seasoning. When done add thawed spinach and mix well.
While chicken is cooking, mix together yogurt, mayo and cheeses. Add garlic powder to taste.
Take half of cheese mixture and stir into chicken and spinach.
Slice zucchini into half inch slices and place in a single layer in an 8x8 casserole. Spread chicken mixture on top of zucchini, then spread remaining cheese mixture on top of chicken.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
