3 CUPS FLOUR2 CUPS SUGAR2/3 CUP COCOA3 TSP BAKING SODA1 TSP SALT½ CUP OIL2 TSP WHITE VINEGAR4 TSP VANILLA2 CUPS WATER
Directions
COMBINE FLOUR, SUGAR, COCOA, BAKING SODA AND SALT. SLOWLY MIX IN OIL, VINEGAR, VANILLA AND WATER. MIX UNTIL SMOOTH.

BAKE IN A GREASED PAN AT 350* FOR 20 – 30 MINUTES UNTIL TOOTHPICK STUCK IN THE CENTER OF CAKE COMES OUT CLEAN.
