This is a wonderful sub and everyone who has tried it, loves the taste and creamy texture of the pie. If preferred, serve with strawberrys or cherry topping. Ingredients

    All ingredients at room temperature.

    1 8 oz. package of reduced fat cream cheese
    1 tub of lite whipped topping
    1 tsp of vanilla flavoring
    1 uncooked graham cracker crust (reduced fat)
    50/50 Splenda sugar blend (not available in the food database and I have no nutritional info so calories will be less than calculated

Directions

With stand mixer or whisk attachment hand mixer, whip the cream cheese until silky smooth, this may take 3 to 5 minutes to reach a silky - creamy texture, add the sugar/splenda and continue to whisk. Add the whip cream and continue to mix until fluffly and light. Add the vanilla flavoring. Place mix in the pie shell and refridgerate at least 30 minutes to set.
