Homemade Mint Icecream

Ingredients
Milk, 2%, 2 cup (remove) Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 cup, whipped (remove) Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove) *Mint Extract (1/4 teaspoon), 3.75 tsp (remove) Choceur Dark Chocolate, 14 serving (remove)
Directions
mix cream, milk, sugar, mint extract, pour into icecream maker. add coarse chopped chocolate at 25 minutes.

Serving Size: makes one quart--about 10 half cup servings.
