Crock-Pot Chicken & Veggies with Glucomannan

Ingredients
4 diced chicken breast halves 4 cups very hot water1 cup of mushrooms 1/2 cup chopped onions1-cup diced celery1-teaspoon pepper˝ teaspoon cayenne pepper1 tablespoon Chia seeds1/4-tablespoon glucomannan1 cup of cold water
Directions
Place thawed chicken into crock-pot or slow cooker. Pour in 4cups of very hot water. Add vegetables. In a medium bowl, mix all the other ingredients together and as you pour in the one-cup of cold water… stir very fast for thirty seconds and then pour into the crock-pot. Stir for one more minute. Cover and cook at low setting 6-8 hours or higher setting for 4-6 hours
