Tomato Tofu & Veggie Scamble

Ingredients
1/4 onion1 block extra firm tofu, cubed1 zucchini, sliced/diced1 carrot, sliced/diced3/4 cup frozen corn1/2 cup frozen spinach1 can white beans1 can Campbell's tomato soup
Directions
Saute tofu & onion in non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray. Toss everything else in as you slice it up, adding beans and tomato soup last.
