chicken vegetable soup

Ingredients
2 cans of chicken stock, 2 cans of water2 T extra virgin olive oil1 medium sized onion, diced2 carrots, diced2 stalks of celery, dicedhandful of chopped kale (optional)handful of chopped parsley (optional)1 can small white beans 1 half chicken breast16 Mama Lucia turkey meatballs (optional)1/2 C. orzo1 T chia seeds (optional)
Directions
saute onion, carrots and celery in olive oil, add stock, water and remaining ingredients. cook until vegetables are tender.
