Early Rise Breakfast

Ingredients
12 to 16 oz bacon - chopped and fried until crisp1 lb pork sausage meat 1/2 cup onion - chopped1/2 cup pepper - green or red choppedOther meats - chorizo - ham - roast beef12 eggs1 cup heavy cream4 oz can mushrooms - optionalsalt & pepper to taste8 oz cheddar cheese - shredded
Directions
Brown bacon, sausage, onion, pepper; drain grease.

Beat eggs in a large bowl , then beat in cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Arrange meats, onion, pepper, cheese (mushrooms) in a greased 9" X 13" baking dish. Pour egg mixture evenly over everything. Cover and chill overnight, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes until golden brown and a knife inserted will come out clean. If not chilled, bake about 40 to 45 minutes.
