Almond Cookies, Gluten Free and Grain Free

Ingredients
250 g Almonds or Hazelnuts, ground100 g Honey - a light tasting version80 g Butter, unsalted1 1/2 tsp. natural Vanilla Powder
Directions
mix the ground Almonds/Hazelnuts with other ingredients (best at room temperature) with ur finger tips.
roll as balls and flaten gentle with a spoon onto with a baking paper coated cookie sheet.
bake in preheated oven @ 140° celcius for 20 min.
