1.5lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast8 medium whole Roma Tomatoes, diced3 Jalapeno Peppers, de-seeded and cored, diced3 Serrano Peppers, de-seeded and cored, diced2 Limes worth juice3 cloves Garlic1 bunch Cilantro, coarse chopped1 bunch Green Onions, chopped - white and green1 tbsp Salt2 cubes Chicken stock (about 1/2 cup)1/2 cup Water
Add raw, whole chicken breast halves to slow cooker and after dicing, add all ingredients. Set on high and allow to cook 5-6 hours.
