Rotelle - Chopped tomatoes with green chiliesCanned artichoke hearts (chopped)3 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts - cooked1 can of cream of chicken soup1 tsp black pepper1 tsp. cayenne pepper1 tsp. thyme1 box or 2 cans of chicken broth1 1/2 cups of water
Cook chicken in broth with water added. Cook until done and tender, remove from broth and allow to cool. Add cream of chicken soup and chopped tomatoes to broth and whisk to smooth out the creamed soup. Add spices (black pepper, cayenne, thyme) and simmer.
Shred chicken into small bite-sized pieces, and chop artichoke hearts into small bite-sized pieces and add both to broth and let simmer.
