breakfast veggie crepe

Ingredients
1/4 cup egg creations1/2 cup flour1/2 cup water1 pat butter melted1 dash salt1 spring onion1 celery stalk1/4 cup canned mushrooms chopped
Directions
Mix first five ingredients in bowl and whisk making sure no lumps. Saute all vegetables in pan and set aside.In a preheated skilled at med high heat put one quarter of liquid in pan and roll around to cover entire pan.cook one side for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and then flip.remove from pan and place veggies on one side and roll ..voila you have a crepe
