Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground turkeybrown in large pot, drain in strainer while youadd3Tbsp canola oil2 cups chopped green bell pepper2 cups chopped mushrooms1 lg onion chopped5 cloves garlic chopped1 can green chillieshot pepper flakesIn large pot cook vegtables in oil until tenderreturn turkey and add all seasonings, taco, chilli powder and cumin. add 2 cans of black beans rinsed and drained, one can diced tomatoe, 1 32 oz can crushed tomato12 oz v8 juice or to desired thicknesssimmer at least 20 minutes
Directions
I used a small food processer to chop all of the vegtables very small dice
