Tex-Mex Veggie Salad

Ingredients
2 cups frozen (thawed) or fresh corn1/2 green pepper, chopped1/2 red pepper, chopped1 small onion, finely chopped2-3 carrots, chopped smallsalt and pepper to taste1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions
Mix ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to eat.

For lower fat use light or fat free mayonnaise.
