1 box of betty crocker suddenly salads classic flavor4Tbs kraft light vinaigrette (i used roasted garlic)100g Bell pepper of your choice 100g Canned beets slices (cut into strips) 60 g Carrots julienne cut 1 can green beans1 can corn2 servings of lunch mean ham (70 cal a serving)2/3 cup Shredded cheese
Bol the noodles for the pasta salad and make according to the directions on box but add your vinaigrette to the sauce. Mix in Large mixing bowl and set in the fridge.
Cut and chop veggies
cut up or shred the lunch meat
Open and drain the canns of green beans
add all the ingredients to the pasta salad
Serve by itself or on top of your favorite lettuce or salad mix. Add your favorite dressings or salad fixing if you like. This makes a great dish to serve at a picnic or potluck so your lettuce or salad mix doesnt go soggy
