Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
6 cups chicken broth2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked1 can (14.5 oz.) tomatoes, diced1 can (15 oz.) corn1 jalapeño pepper1 tsp. garlic1/2 tsp. cumin1/2 tsp. salt1/3 cup chopped cilnatro2 tbsp. lime juice
Directions
1. Cook chicken.
2. Shred or cut up cooked chicken.
3. Add broth, chicken, tomatoes, corn, jalapeno pepper, garlic, cumin, salt, and cilantro to a large soup pot.
4. Boil soup ingredients.
5. Remove soup from heat and add lime juice.
Optional: Top with cheddar cheese and salsa. Serve with tortilla chips (not included in nutritional information)
