LJF Veggie Drawer Soup

Ingredients
2 T. olive oil1/2 c. celery chop1/2 c. carrots chop1 c. onion chop1 c. zucchini chop1 c. summer squash chop1 c. broccali slaw2 cloves garlic mince1 qt. chicken stock1 can drained pinto beans
Directions
Saute onion, celery, and carrots in 2 T. olive oil until beginning to soften. Add squashes and garlic. Saute 3 or 4 minutes. Add stock and slaw. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add beans. Simmer 10 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
