Vegi Chow Mein

Ingredients
3 cups cabbage, grated1 cup red cabbage, chopped3 cups grated carrots2 cups bean sprouts1 medium onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced2 tblsp. olive oil2 cups baby spinach3 cups mushrooms, sliced stems and pieces1 cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, shredded6 tblsp soy sauce6 tblsp. garlic chili sauce or Thai chili sauce
Directions
Saute onion and celery in oil until tender, add garlic and mushrooms. Saute until mushrooms are tender. Add chicken and all other vegetables and cook, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes. Add soy sauce and chili sauce and let cook an additional 5 minutes.
