shrimp raw - 10 mediumnapa cabbage - 1 1/2 ccelery - 1 med stalk choppedonion - 1 med slicedcarrot - 1 med sliced very thinchow mein noodles - 1 c cookedolive oil - 2 Tchicken broth - 1 cupcorn starch 2T dissolved in waterHot Chili oilCuminCurryseasoning to taste
Directions
sauté vegetables in olive oil, add shrimp and then seasonings and chicken broth. thicken with cornstarch and add cooked noodles. add soy sauce (optional)
add water as needed
